I fully realize I have spent a lot of time blogging about the cruise, but that's just because the cruise was pretty much the most exciting thing that's happened in my life in a long time. And since this blog is the only way I document my life, I'm going to go ahead and do another post about the cruise. So tonight I am posting a list of everything I learned on the cruise.
1. When laying out, it's important to make sure both sides of your face get equal amounts of sun. I learned this lesson the hard way and have been walking around for a week and a half with a half-tanned face.
2. Apparently Santa Claus unwinds from the hectic holiday season by taking a cruise. Honestly, Mr. Santa Claus was on the cruise ship with us. The first time I saw Santa he was having a drink in the bar. And why wouldn't he be? If anyone deserves a strong one, it's definitely Santa. I even had a photo taken with him. (Please note the super classy backdrop.)
3. Corona tastes so much better in Mexico. Really, it does.
4. I'm too nice to shop in Mexico. Bartering will never be my strength. I will leave that to Ryan.
5. The most flattering pose for photos is Blue Steel. It makes pretty much everyone look attractive. And just because I am an incredibly thoughtful person, I found instructions for those of you who don't know how to pull off this look. But I warn you. It is a challenge. Ryan and I finally feel we have mastered it, and are now trying to perfect the Magnum. Here are some Blue Steel photos from the cruise.

Fix Santa. You should have taught Santa Blue Steel.
Cat's Blue Steel is the best. Do not tell Pag.
Cat...so hot right now... Cat!
What say we settle this on the runway!
your hair has gotten so long! wow. come play in DC, k? and i will come play in seattle. deal? perfect. see you tuesday.
Santa Baby. That is a pretty classy backdrop. Kind of like the ones my kids are posed in front of for school pictures. They look so realistic....I thought you were standing in front of the stairs from Titanic.
My husband's mustcahe currently looks like Santa's.
Your cruise posts looks so amazing and fun!! I'm glad Santa had a great getaway too. Your hair has gotten so long, it looks really great on you. Let's catch up soon!
Miss ya!
Wow, I have held off of posting a comment on this post for a multitude of reasons. First off, Pag's last picture was not Blue Steele; rather that was clearly "Magnum".
I think who has the better look could only be settled one way; with a Dance Off. Everyone to the Dance Dance Revolution Mat. Has anyone seen David Bowie?
